Stickers you create and generate
AI prompts and generation requests

App features you use

AI-generated stickers (images and videos)

1.4 Payment Information

When you make in-app purchases:

Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store)
We receive only transaction confirmation and receipt data
We do NOT store your credit card or payment details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide the Service: Process AI generation requests, store your stickers, manage your account
Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, develop new features
Manage Subscriptions: Track credits, process payments, handle subscription renewals

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

Account data: Supabase cloud servers (encrypted)
Stickers: Supabase cloud storage (publicly accessible URLs)
Local cache: Your device (for performance)

4.2 Security Measures

Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
All API communications use HTTPS encryption
Database access is restricted with row-level security policies
Regular security audits and updates

4.3 Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active
Stickers: Retained while your account is active or until you delete them
Transaction history: Retained for accounting and legal purposes (minimum 7 years)
Deleted data: Permanently removed within 30 days of deletion

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Download

You can access and download all your stickers from the Gallery at any time.

5.2 Delete Content

You can delete individual stickers from the Gallery. Deleted stickers are permanently removed from our servers.

5.3 Delete Account

You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@stickera.app. This will permanently delete:

Your account information
All your stickers
Credit balance and transaction history

Note: Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple App Store.

5.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You can disable push notifications in your device settings or the App's settings.

5.5 Data Portability

You can export all your stickers to your device at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Stickera is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

8. Face / Body Data Collection and Use

8.1 What Face or Body Data We Collect

When you use certain AI features such as "3D Cartoon" or similar cartoon or stylized sticker templates, you may upload photos or videos that contain your face or body. These images are provided voluntarily by you for the purpose of creating AI-generated sticker content.

8.2 How Face or Body Data Is Used

Primary Purpose: Transform user-uploaded photos into cartoon, stylized, or artistic sticker images
Processing Type: Image-to-image AI transformation
No Identification: We do NOT attempt to identify who you are, recognize your face, or verify your identity

8.3 AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To generate cartoon or stylized stickers, uploaded images are sent to our third-party AI processing provider FAL.ai, which performs real-time image transformation using its AI models.

Model Type: Generative AI (e.g., cartoon or stylized rendering)

8.4 Data Storage and Retention

Temporary Storage: Uploaded photos are temporarily stored in our secure Supabase storage solely for processing purposes (typically no longer than 10 minutes)
Automatic Deletion: Original uploaded photos are automatically deleted after AI processing is completed
Result Storage: Only the final AI-generated sticker (cartoon or stylized image) is stored in your account
Third-Party Retention: FAL.ai processes images in real time and does not retain input images beyond the processing window

8.5 What We Do NOT Do

❌ Do not perform face recognition or facial identification
❌ Do not create biometric identifiers, facial embeddings, or faceprints
❌ Do not store original face photos permanently
❌ Do not use face data for advertising or profiling
❌ Do not sell or share face data with advertisers or data brokers

8.6 User Control and Deletion

You have full control over your content. You can delete any generated stickers at any time from the Gallery. If you request account deletion, all associated sticker data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. AI-Generated Content Privacy

9.1 Content Ownership

You own the stickers you create
We do not claim ownership of your AI-generated content
We may use anonymized generation data to improve AI models

9.2 Public vs. Private Content

All stickers are stored in cloud storage with unique URLs
URLs are not publicly listed or searchable
Anyone with the URL can access the sticker (similar to unlisted YouTube videos)
Do not share sticker URLs if you want to keep content private

10. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use cookies. We may use:

Local storage for app preferences and cache
Session tokens for authentication
Anonymous analytics to improve the App

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

Posting the updated policy in the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Sending an in-app notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):
