Welcome to Stickera! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stickera mobile application ("App") and services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stickera, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stickera is an AI-powered sticker creation application that allows users to:

• Generate custom stickers using AI technology
• Create text-to-image stickers
• Generate animated video stickers
• Edit and customize stickers
• Export stickers to WhatsApp and other messaging platforms

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credit System and Payments

Stickera operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed when generating stickers (costs vary by feature)
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Subscription plans provide recurring credit allocations
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits may expire according to subscription terms

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App's AI systems
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of stickers you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Stickera and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI features:

• May not always be accurate or appropriate
• Is generated based on your input prompts
• Should be reviewed before sharing or publishing
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using AI-generated content

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone at any time

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stickera from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
